What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we receive your name, email address, phone number, your child's year group, the subject you are asking about and your message.

When you book an assessment or enrol your child, we also collect the details we need to teach and look after them safely: your contact details, your child's name, date of birth and school, their exam board and tier, areas to work on, any special educational needs, relevant medical information, dietary needs, and emergency contacts.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to provide tuition, to keep you updated on your child's progress, and to contact you in an emergency. We only send news, upcoming sessions or offers if you have said that's fine on your booking form, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information or share it for marketing. We only share it where the law requires us to, where it is needed to keep a child safe, or with your consent. Enquiries from this website are delivered to us by email through our website provider.

How long we keep it

We keep records for 12 months after tuition ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it.
